Here at Shutters Day Nursery we specialiss in child care while you are at work, our aim is to ensure the happiness, well being, and all round development of each individual child entrusted into our care.
What We offer
Our day nursery in Lancashire are OFSTED approved providing pre school education for all children. All children need and deserve to spend their formative years in a happy, caring, safe and stimulating environment which supports the care they receive at home.
Visiting our day nursery in Lancashire, you are aware of the quality and quantity of the equipment, toys, furnishings and the attention to safety. Most importantly, they will meet the staff, who have experience, dedication, cheerful enthusiasm and the qualifications, which create a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This is essential for the happiness, comfort and all round development of your children.
Older children take advantage of the Nursery School. Children have ample opportunity for unstructured play, but are also encouraged from an early age to enjoy painting, sand and water play movement, dancing and singing. There is a high ratio of staff to children, so no child is ever neglected.

We are open 50 weeks a year and are only closed at Christmas and Bank Holidays. We are open Monday - Friday from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm.
